Location: Prefer employee reside in Tucson, AZ or Franklin, TN; however, will consider a remote employee. Position Overview: - Provide Executive Level consulting to Midas clients on behalf of Clinical Excellence Consulting Services. - Departmental strategic planning. - Provides management and technical leadership. - Executive steering committee. - Participate in the management of product release cycles. - Performance Improvement Committee Chair. - Provides analysis and feedback to Senior Vice President regarding Client Services and Quality Control. - Client Surveys. - Defining contract provisions regarding Training/Implementation. - Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. - Makes final recommendations with the result of effective achievement of objectives. - Participates with team on the development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. - Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. - Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company. - Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
